Expect to enhance rhythm, mobility, functional strength, focus, presence, sleep, and recovery times. Drew is both an effective and efficient teacher. Space with her is limited.

Performance Brainspotting
Work with Drew one-on-one. She’s a certified brainspotting specialist who can maximize your potential and minimize mental setbacks, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, yips, and slumps. Brainspotting is quickly becoming the gold standard for managing mental health. It’s a performance weapon for athletes like Lindsay Vonn and Dansby Swanson. Space with Drew is limited.

Brainspotting Series - 3 Sessions
Lock-in time with Drew at a lower rate. Brainspotting is a high efficacy tool in both the short-term and long-term when done in a series of 3 sessions over the course of 3 weeks. This is a perfect time to address nagging injuries, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general mental health in the lead-up to the long season. Space with Drew is limited.
