Signature Workshop Series.
Drew leads a popular workshop series once each year. The structure is backed by science around forming habits and aims to help people create healthier patterns in their daily lives. Each series runs 21 days with four group meetings on a consecutive weekday evening. Students of all backgrounds and yoga experience participate and report feeling more focused and balanced at work and at home upon completion.
