Meet Drew
Drew DeBiasse—known to many athletes as “Drewsome”—is a high-performance and holistic health specialist with over 15 years of experience working with elite athletes and teams across the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB/MiLB, PGA, LPGA, and ATP.
Based in the Twin Cities, Drew works at the intersection of nervous system science, sports psychology, and somatic training. Her approach integrates practices such as performance yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and brainspotting to help athletes develop the internal stability required to perform consistently under pressure.
In modern sport, physical preparation is only one part of the equation. Drew’s work focuses on the deeper systems that influence how athletes access their training in competition—regulation, recovery, emotional resilience, and decision-making under stress. Her custom programs are designed to elevate performance while supporting long-term durability and career longevity.
With more than 17,000 teaching hours recognized by the Yoga Alliance, advanced brainspotting certification, and extensive meditation training that includes eight 10-day Vipassana courses, Drew brings both technical depth and practical experience to her work. Known for her ability to connect with athletes on a personal level, she bridges scientific insight with hands-on coaching to help competitors unlock new levels of clarity, confidence, and execution.
Drew works with a limited number of athletes and teams each year, traveling nationwide to support training environments while also maintaining her virtual practice. Whether working with established professionals or rising prospects, her goal remains the same: helping athletes develop the internal architecture that supports sustained high performance.
